Mariani finished her architecture degree in 2003. She worked as an interior designer for several years, working on designs for Telkomsel’s outlets. Her experience in property started in 2006 when she joined the Project Development department in Jababeka, Cikarang.
After completing her postgraduate in Planning and Real Estate, Mariani was then involved in a housing development project in 2008. She also worked in the research division of Cushman & Wakefield in the same year. In 2009, she joined MOhome Property in Bali, before later joining RES Advisory in 2011.
With RES Advisory, Mariani has worked on several highest and best use studies for mixed-use projects in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) and Yogyakarta. She has also done studies for various resort developments in Bali, industrial estate in Makassar, housing in Kendari, and resort complex in Papua.
